On a summer’s day, the world received the news
that made people feel a little blue.
It announced that there is a health crisis
but people don’t you know that life is full of surprises?
The earth struggled with pollution.
The humans struggled with time – they never have enough time to do certain things or to spend time with loved ones.
The animals get abused and solution – corona virus showed up.
All we have is time and each other,
but even though we feel at times, we are in danger.
Just remember that everything is temporary.
It is time to turn off the noise., turn off the car engines, the angry voice inside of you and let us stay at home.
There is nothing better than being at home.
Turn off the noise and listen.
It is the time of self-reflection.
It is time to go in a new direction.
It is time to practice gratitude
and show your best attitude.
All you have to do is to listen,
listen to your mind and your heart.
Listen to the fresh breeze coming from your bedroom window.
Listen to the sound of a loved ones’ voice.
Listen to the tune of your favorite song.
Listen to all the sounds around and within you.
Everything you need is within you or around you.
The time is now.
All you have to do is listen and remember
The choice is yours.
Just listen!
